great vacation spot

my wife and i enjoyed this well appointed ,comfortable, spacious condo during the month of march 2010. sawgrass point is a friendly and well landscaped community within pelican landing. the pool /spa area was our favorite along with the private beach arrangement on big hickory island. malls, restaurants , beaches ,and lots to do are all conveniently located nearby.the owner was gracious and very helpful. we liked our experience so much that we have signed up for next march.

Great home away from home

This condo could not be nicer. It is located in a quite and beautiful gated golf course community close to shopping, dining, everything you're looking for in a Florida vacation. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We were there with our 3 teenage children and never felt crowded. The pool/hot tub is located across the street with gas grills available that we used one night to make dinner and hang out at the pool. Although it is not on the beach that was not a problem as there are many beaches in the area. The owners could not have been nicer and very helpful in answering our questions. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and look forward to going there again in the future.
