What makes this property unique

Half a block down there is the best hidden gem view of Manhattan that you will find anywhere. You can google "boulevard east." To see what I mean. You are also just 10 minutes from times square by bus when there is no traffic. Party all day in the city and come back to a serine location to rest after a long day.
