You live in a modern apartment on the top floor of a two-storey building. The apartment is now at your disposal after a comprehensive renovation.
The building is very central, the shops are about 50 m from the front door. The beach promenade is approx. 100 m away and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. You have a direct view of the Baltic Sea through the large window in the attic.

The comfortable apartment has about 60 square meters of usable space, is very tastefully decorated and can accommodate 1- 4 people.
The living room consists of a dining area and a table and 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa. There are also two club chairs to dream or read.
A modern television with digital cable connection and WiFi are available and included in the price.

The open kitchen to the living room offers an oven with 4 hobs, a fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle.

One bedroom is upstairs (bed 160/200) and the second bedroom is on the 2nd attic; there are two single beds in size 90/200 that can be pushed together. A wardrobe is waiting to be filled by you.
The beds are freshly made upon arrival.
In front of the large attic window there is a small seating area and this invites you to take a longer look at the Baltic Sea.

There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

In the apartment there is a lot of other things like bed linen, hand and bath towels, spices and other small things.

You can park your car in the yard.
