Air Conditioning

The stay itself was ok. However, the air upstairs was not working properly it was 80 degrees the entire stay which made it very uncomfortable. I recv’d a message about 40 mins after we settled neighbors Complained we were too loud when trying to get settle in for the night. The house is nice but there are a lot of upgrades needed to make this property GREAT! I give it 3 stars over all

HS Graduation Celebration at the Lake House

My family visited to celebrate my son's graduation from high school. There was enough space. The kitchen was spacious along with a wrap around bar/counter. Insects were out in full force...especially knats, mosquitos, spiders, and ants. With a lake across the street, of course the bugs were out. Spray would have been helpful. The bathroom on the second level did not work properly (toilet and shower). Rated lower for cleanliness because we had to clean the entryway and back patio. All in all, it served its purpose and we had a nice time.
