The apartment Treppchen is located on the first floor of the house and extends over two floors. In the lower area of the apartment there are two bedrooms. Both are equipped with wonderful box spring beds, one with two single beds. In the upper area of the apartment is the bathroom with a large rain shower, two sinks and toilet. Next to it is a second toilet, there is also the washing machine. The spacious living room with wonderful solid furniture, leather sofa and large TV all has space. You can end the evenings together at the large dining table. From there the kitchen goes off. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Six people can sleep comfortably in the beds, in addition two people can sleep on the sofa in the living room, it can be easily pulled out to bed. Behind the house is the large sunny terrace. Meet other guests there or relax alone. Several grills are available.

At the foot of the Königstein Fortress you can take a vacation in wonderful old walls from 1872. Lovingly furnished apartments await you. In front of the house the Biela splashes through the valley and behind the house the fortress rock rises. Enjoy the comfort in the apartments and the sun on the large terrace behind the house. Choose from apartments of different sizes according to your needs, from small apartments for two people to apartments over two floors for up to eight people. My job is to make your stay here a complete success and you will keep the Saxon Switzerland and my holiday home in good memory. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are of course included. A convenient check-in via a key safe enables you to travel flexibly and independently. The apartment Treppchen and the apartment Königstein are equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. In addition to the apartment for two, you are very welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. One-time fee of € 10.00. Enjoy free WiFi in all apartments.
On-site costs: Upon receipt of our booking confirmation, the usage contract is concluded. This means that 20% of the rental price is due as a down payment. The remaining amount must be transferred up to 14 days before the start of the trip. If you have to cancel the booking and cannot provide a replacement person (s), we will charge a processing fee of € 10.00. We strive to find replacements. Should we not be able to do this, we will have to charge for default costs: • up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental: 20% of the total rental price • up to 2 weeks 50% of the rental price • up to 2 days 90% of the rental price
