Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, including quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Backyard paradise includes putting green, ping pong table, corn hole, mini bar, grill, outdoor smart TV, brand new pebble-tec HEATED pool with wrap around tanning ledge and color changing LED lights.

Pool heating fee:
The pool will be heated UPON REQUEST of the guest. There will be a $35 charge per day Oct-Dec and a $50 per day Jan-April to heat the pool to cover costs. The pool will be set at a comfortable 80 degrees unless asked otherwise.

The Blue Lagoon

Overall we loved the house we came for a bachelorette party and all the girls were comfortable. He was very accommodating so we could get a decorator in earlier. Unfortunately when we got there the pool was dirty because a storm had come through which didn’t look great for pictures. We also caught a pretty big cockrach and the garbage disposal didn't work. Overall they just need to fix a few things but it was a great place to stay. Also more mirrors not enough for a house full of girls.

Perfect Scottsdale Oasis!

Our stay at this property was even better than we thought coming into it. The backyard was beautiful and had all the amenities we wanted. Our rooms were all great as well and the living space was spacious. Our group of 6 fit comfortably and loved hanging out by the pool. The owners responded quickly when we had questions and were great to work with! If we could add one thing it would be a couple full body mirrors. There were none in the house and we wanted one or two for getting ready. Other than that, this house was amazing and we highly recommend!

No window covering master bathroom and no disclosed pool heating fee

This place could have been a four to five star. The location was minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and the neighborhood was nice. Upon arrival our first impression was that it was a very well staged home. The backyard had a ping pong table, pool, and a small putting green. We had booked this home for its location and because it listed a heated pool. The weather in January is cooler and we had planned on spending time in the pool. No where in the listing did it mention a daily pool heating fee nor did the host ask prior to our stay if we wanted the pool heated. When we arrived the pool was too cold to use. We reached out to the host to discover that they charge a daily pool heating fee. We wish the fee would have been disclosed in the listing. It should have been ready to use upon our arrival. When we told the host the fee was not disclosed his response was that if he “listed every potential extra fee in the description it could get long winded”. Had we been aware of this we would have asked to have the pool ready for use. Being as we were staying 3 nights we asked to have the pool heated so we could use it. The pool never reached a usable temperature. The heater kept having issues causing it to turn off and stop heating. There was what looked like pet hair on the bedding. We were informed by the host that it was from the wool rugs in the home. The rugs shedded a lot. No cleaning supplies (indoor broom/mop or vacuum) were provided. With the rugs shedding so much this made maintaining the floors difficult. There was an outdoor pushbroom we ended up using. There is no window covering in the Master bathroom. The entire bathroom is visible from the backyard, which makes using the bathroom very uncomfortable. The master shower did not drain well causing water to flow out of it. There are no window coverings in the living room and kitchen as well. There is no microwave, not a huge problem except that means we had to use the oven. No potholders or oven safe cookware was available. The kitchen was also lacking a can opener. Once again, this is a very well staged home but lacking some basic necessities. Definitely needs window coverings installed and the pool fee needs to be disclosed.

Cute home

Beautiful home, needs some more work as far as making it feel like home and private. Curtains in living room didn’t cover windows no curtain in master bathroom so could see into shower. Little things need fixed but overall nice property.

Great experience!

Love the house, back yard amenities and location! The only feedback i would give is to put a curtain or blinds in the master bathroom. :) We would definitely stay the again!!
