An absolutely wonderful property
Our family consisted of 5 adults and 2 children between ages of 5&9. A beautiful home and setting on Lake Michigan. Comfortable house and great beds! One of few homes in the area with a sandy beach. Many activities, shopping and restaurants in Saugatauk also. A great summer vacation and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful beachfront home
We throughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in this area and our first family vacation in two years (delayed last summer due to the pandemic). The house was very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect right on the beach and close to the downtown area (we biked to downtown easily as a family). Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the beautiful garden, koi pond, beach/lake view outdoor seating, and the hospitality of the home owners. It was a tranquil vacation experience after such a stressful year.

Wonderful Home!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The gardens are gorgeous and so fun for children, and the play structure and beach absolutely cannot be beat. Large screened in patio perfect for family dinners and watching the sunset. It’s truly a wonderful family rental. Our kids (5 and 7) were so sad to leave! Very short drive to Saugatuck and Douglas. We have been coming to this area for many years and this is hands down the best place we’ve found. We can’t wait to come back!

Close to a charming town but situated on the water in such a way that you feel like you are in your own magical world. We loved our stay.

Oval Beach is the premier beach in Saugatuck, allowing people to swim, sail, boat and lay in the sun along Lake Michigan in the summer. Entire summer vacations can be spent here just being on or around the beach.
