Welcome to Whiskey Hollow. This hand crafted log cabin is nestled in the woods along a small mountain stream. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place! This is the perfect place to disconnect. There is no cell service/wifi at the cabin (coming soon). This cabin features two open rooms and a bathroom. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing or exploring. Located just 25 minutes from State College and Penn State. Perfect for football games and graduations. ATVs welcome

Early spring family visit

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin in the woods. Grandchildren played in the stream as we hiked through the woods. We enjoyed having a fire in the firepit, and mountain pie treats. Nights were chilly but we stayed warm with cozy electric fireplace in the kitchen and living area. Grandchildren enjoyed the bunkbeds. We met "Pat" the neighbor who told us of the history of Whiskey Hollow.

Peaceful cabin

We had a great time at Whiskey Hollow exploring the woods, listening to the creek, and playing games. The lack of internet was perfect given that our kids would have nothing to do with us if they had been connected 🤣 Pictures of the cabin don’t do it’s charm and size justice.

I had a lovely four night stay at this property that was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I originally booked three nights but didn't want to leave, so I added a night. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Whiskey Hollow Cabin is the perfect combination of rustic style with all the modern conveniences you need to be comfortable. The secluded setting was just what we were looking for. We'll definitely recommend Whiskey Hollow Cabin to our friends and family!

Off the Grid

This cabin in the woods is exactly as stated! It is cozy and welcoming! If you don’t mind being without internet and cell service it is a perfect get-away! (There is satellite TV). The indoor heaters keep it comfortable! The outdoor space is great for a fire, hiking, and just relaxing!
