Southern Studio On 13 Acres In A Quiet Neighborhood
Located on a 13-acre estate in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy southern studio has a rustic feel and is decorated to give visitors a warm Texas howdy. The owners family live on the property, but the studio is separate from the house and is quiet. You are welcome to borrow some tennis rackets or pickle ball paddles and play on the lighted court. There is a separate driveway and covered parking for 1 car.
The southern studio includes everything you need. A full kitchen, queen bed, TV, refrigerator, nice-sized shower, a kitchen table and a couple of nice lounging chairs. Tenants have access to the tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and can say hello to the chickens, goats and horses on the property.
Gazebo, tennis court.
We live on the property, and enjoy hosting our guests. We will engage as needed / desired. We have some guests that prefer to have their space and others who have become good friends, returning multiple times over the years.
The neighborhood is quiet, small, and easy to navigate.
The neighborhood is located in Southern Magnolia / Northern Tomball and is perfect for walks, rollerblading or bike rides. A car is best to get shopping and the ride sharing apps work here.
