Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD. Our property is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, shopping, bars, and many restaurants.

We own 5 total units in downtown Ocean City and take pride in each one. We strive to keep our units clean and up to date in hopes that you will have the perfect vacation.

You will be able to park your vehicles in two covered parking spaces and avoid the hassle and expense associated with downtown parking.

Our 4-bedroom townhouse is located on three floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home.

Our units have Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. We also have Wi-Fi.

We own 3 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other, but have the added privacy of their own unit.

And remember in our downtown units, you can avoid the hassle of crossing 8 lanes of traffic to get to the beach, which is associated with the uptown condo's.

Our cleaning crew is now offering a linen service payable through us. The cost is $150 plus tax. The service will provide sheets and they will also provide 10 towels, 10 washcloths, 3 hand towels, 2 bathmats, 2 dish cloths, and 2 dish towels to be used during your stay. Please let me know if you are interested in this service.

Great time with this location. Pick the area because it was close to my marina. Walked to almost everything, which was great! Only downfall is parking for two cars and without knowledge of area knowing where to park 3rd car would be difficult. Else great time!

Great location. Only a few blocks from the boardwalk and right at the beginning near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Property was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing vacation

Would definitely reccomend this rental. Close to great restaurants, bars, boardwalk, beach. The host is top notch and accommodating to everything I needed.

We have been vacationing in Ocean City all of our life. We especially love the downtown area, and when this property became available, we jumped at the opportunity and have been very happy with our purchase. We try to visit Ocean City as often as possible, especially during the off season and have never been disappointed.

What makes this property unique

We love our downtown location. Upon arrival at our condo, you can leave your car parked and walk to the beach, boardwalk, inlet, restaurants, and shops. You will love the beautiful sunsets and the bay view. Our location will not disappoint!!
