Relax indoor and enjoy the high ceiling, cozy sleeping areas, upgraded kitchen or, get your rest and recreation in the backyard with lush greenery, firepit, grill, putting green, outdoor games and a private heated pool. It has everything you need, you may never want to leave!

Located within 5 miles away from the popular places of interest: Coachella's & Stagecoach's Empire Polo grounds and Indian Wells Tennis garden. Close to shops, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants.

NOTE: Please note that the pool is only heated upon request. We charge a fee of $50/booked night to heat the pool, which is considered a standard extra service for rental properties in the desert.

Please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can prepare for your arrival. Additionally, the pool heater is on from 7 AM until 9 PM.

Tip: If you are only in the property in the morning until noon and anticipate to be out or too tired to use the pool in the evening, you may not need the pool heated. Hope this helps! Let us know of any questions.
