During the winter, ski or snowboard at the nearby resorts, and during the summer, enjoy a scenic hike or stroll down to Lake Tahoe for an assortment of water activities. Work up a sweat at the fitness center, take a dip in the indoor/outdoor pool, unwind in the hot tub or sit fireside and bask in the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. Renovations underway -- new furniture, carpet, beds, TVs--to be completed by Dec. Free on demand shuttle summer months. Most downtown areas give 1 hr free parking then charge $$.
