Waters Edge (Iona area) is one of Fort Myers’ best maintained & secure neighborhoods. The Marina offers not only boat slip access, but also tennis courts, private pier and beach) where you can take in the sunrise and sunsets over the sparkling Caloosahatchee River. The Pink Fish condo is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, waffle stick maker, coffeemaker, Keurig, pots and pans. There is also an ice maker and water in our full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 full size beds with linens) provide you plenty of the comforts you are accustomed to at home. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and there are 2 full bathrooms (towels, hair dryer and some toiletries included). There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. The Condo has 3 smart TVs as well as 2 beach chairs and beach towels for your use.
