Welcome to your next amazing getaway! Our house is SOUTH of Sunriver proper, about 10 minutes away and we don’t have SHARC passes.

But.. from our front door, enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer at our family and dog-friendly home! Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Great to enjoy Bend/Sunriver area

The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool is across the street and there's access to the water within a 5-minute walk, as well as bike trails and tennis courts. The location is great, quiet, and very enjoyable. Communication with hosts is easy and they are very helpful.

Nice little getaway

Property was clean and well kept, with easy access to river and community pool (both just across the street). Great and efficient communication with property manager before visit. The only real blemish, and it may just be a preference of mine, is that the beds are not very comfortable. Just a mattress on a metal frame, which creaks a lot. A wooden bed frame and maybe box springs to both raise the height and create less sagging would be nice. Otherwise, the shower was big, ample space for a smaller footprint, internet was fast and reliable, and kids/dog loved it.

My wife and I live in Bend and love this area! We spend our time outside when we're not working and think Central Oregon is one of the best places to visit or live.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is known as a “quieter Sunriver”. You will have key access to the community pool, gym, and tennis/pickle-ball courts during your stay. They are all within a block of our home. The neighborhood features miles of paved bike paths and the river is just across the street! Walk the kayaks down to the floating dock and cool off in the summer!
