This beautiful Arizona style with NY flair house is cross street of Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Gila River Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, only 2 blocks to Hwy 101. Close to everything: football,baseball,golf,parks/shops etc. make this prime location your home-away-home all year around, perfect for games/shows/concerts, getaway with family/friends. It has everything you need during your stay: full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, heated swimming pool/Spa and stunning private backyard. Amazing place!
The space
This unique super fun house serves 4 Bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2queen beds, and 3 twin beds, total 2 bathrooms.

Each bedroom has their own themes: Colorful Mexican style Master bedroom, Silver queen bedroom, Gold queen bedroom, and Forest twins bedroom. All custom design, very unique and great for Ins photographing :)

Pac-man double player, foosball, nice living room with 76” TV, big dinning table and kitchen island area perfect to hanging out. Big Conner backyard got all the fun characters: heated pool / SPA, outdoor BBQ Grill, fire pit table and seating, chess set, mini golf turf area etc. make your stay more fun, comfortable, relax and special.
Guest access
Guest access extends to all space in the property with exception to the attached garage which us used for AirBnb storage. Parking on the property leave room for up to 6 full size vehicles. 4 on the main parking pad and two on the RV gate parking pad. The street parking is not advised though.

it's 15 miles to downtown Phoenix and 20 miles to PHX International Airport, very convenient to anything (game watching/shopping/entertaining/golfing/hiking) also in a nice, safe and developing neighborhood.

Location, location, location!!
Walk to the Stadium, restaurants, nightlife. Get rid of the hassles of traffic and parking on game days.
No need to worry about partying when you are cheering for your team or celebrate winning in "Yard House" or a dozen other popular restaurants just next to the Stadium after game....
