Large kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation and serving. Guests can gather around large island, dining room table or outside dining area for enjoyment. Outdoor covered patio features 82" telescoping TV that may be viewed from spa, pool or patio seating area. Living areas open up to indoor/ outdoor space to truly enjoy the outdoor living experience.

Den area creates a cozy place to congregate with a sofa, loveseat, recliner and TV.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and nearby master bathroom, double sinks and oversized shower with waterfall shower head. In addition to lighted mirrors, there is also a TV available in the bathroom with separate toilet area.

Outdoor quiet hours are 10 PM nightly and strictly enforced as a city ordinance.

No pets are allowed at the home.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
