This cozy and stylish cottage is centrally located to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, and Bent Creek. Enjoy relaxing in this well equipped and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, surrounded by natural serenity. The expansive backyard, fire pit, and two patios provide the perfect place to unwind. Soak up time with loved ones by the fire while you plan your Asheville adventures. Mountain biking, hiking, shopping, & dining awaits just a short distance away! Enjoy Wi-Fi & a Smart TV! All living spaces are on one floor. 3 bedrooms total. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. An additional full size bathroom is off of the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area allows for guests to dine in. The living room includes a Smart TV. There is a porch off the front of the house and a deck on the back, overlooking the spacious backyard. Below the main level is a garage, available for you to store your bikes and kayaks!

Weekend Getaway

This was an excellent place for my family. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean, plenty of space for us to gather around the table for meals or enjoy a movie in the living room. We used both the grill and the fire pit. And the location was close to downtown Asheville, Pisgah National Forest, and the NC Arboretum. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We came to visit Asheville and get to know the surrounding areas. We stored our mountain bikes in the garage, which was a big plus. We were super comfortable working remotely during the day and then it was an easy drive to wherever we wanted to check out in the evenings. Overall, very comfortable, extremely clean, well stocked - would recommend 10/10.
