This homely two bedroom apartment in Sports City is like no other, decorated in neutral tones and pops of colour, this is the perfect place for your upcoming stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast and once it's ready relax at your dining table that comfortable sits six or eat outside on your huge balcony with stunning views of Sports City. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living area which features a plush cream sofa perfectly positioned in front of your tv which you can relax in front of after your busy day exploring Dubai. Both bedrooms include an oversized bed that is fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself laying in a little longer than usual. Both bedroom also feature an en suite where you will find Key View's fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
