Small but comfy 2-story, 2-Bedroom Euro-style house. Very clean with plenty of natural light. ALL NEW beds with NEW Serta mattresses. We also have a New couch/lounger. Amenities include FULL kitchen w/all modern appliances, with LED TV and HE Washer/Dryer. Concrete floor on downstairs/living/kitchen area; Bamboo hardwoods in bedrooms/upstairs. Private parking right in front of house, with enclosed fence. Property owner/manager is on site for any help, guidance or local suggestions.

In town for MotoGP races. Owner was very communicative and friendly. House was very clean and well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. Wasy situated near restaurants and bars.

Location was perfect!

We booked the cube house for my husband & myself (with my daughter & fiancé staying for a couple of those days). The space was exactly as described and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet. I appreciate all the kitchen appliances and complimentary coffee & tea. It was home away from home. We will definitely book again in the future as my son’s apartment is within walking distance. Thank you Joey for the hospitality and excellent communication!

Wonderful rental in Austin

We were so impressed with this rental home! It was very well-appointed, whether you wanted to cook, do laundry, or just chill. Little details, such as spices, were thoughtfully provided. One of the greatest surprises was the absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to Torchy's Tacos, Amy's Ice Cream, Gordo's donut truck, and so much more. Plus, it is an easy drive to access the rest of the Austin area. We'll be back!!

Austin Getaway

This location was perfectly located. You can walk to local restaurants and shops and only a 5min short uber ride to downtown. I love the location because it was nice and quiet at night.

Amazingly located and well-appointed rental!

I had the pleasure of staying here while visiting some friends in Austin. The home is lovely, well-updated, and stocked with amenities. The host/owner, Joey was extremely gracious and assisted with communication where necessary over the 4-night trip. Everything was comfortable and cleaned thoroughly - everything felt brand new! Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

Secluded gem in Austin

For our family and this trip, this wonderful, quiet spot allow us to easily reach all the locations we intended. Well-situated in a quiet neighborhood we had easy access to everything that’s important in Austin. Excellent property that was well stocked with important items that everyone needs. Excellent communication with owner. Will definitely use this again for Austin trips.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shops. Nice hot shower and comfortable beds. Large TV and parking on site. The rooms are a bit tight (one more than the other), but still with adequate room. Stocked kitchen. Nice sitting and dining area (although the chairs are a bit uncomfortable). Check-in was efficient. Overall a really nice stay for two couples

south Austin central

This is the best location for central and south Austin. The unit is so modern and everything is in perfect condition. The host is proactive to reach out to make sure all is well and hopped right on for any questions. The neighborhood is very walkable which was great for our dog and to walk to pick up a bite from the universe of eateries literally around the corner.

What a gem!

We were so lucky to have booked this property! There was plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen including spices, bathroom, provisions, including soap and lotion, etc., and best of all everything was exceptionally clean. Manager responded quickly with any questions. It literally is around the corner from popular restaurants and shopping so everything was easily walkable, but it was also in a spot where you could sit outside and not here any traffic or noise. I 100% would rent this place again if and when I come back to Austin.

We had a great time staying at the townhouse. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby so we didn't had to go far considering we have a small baby. We will definitely stay here again

The property was great location and allowed us to visit multiple restaurants and shops with a quick walk from the house. The room was very clean and the bathrooms are very clean. Didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice as well. Manager was very accommodating with a special request and great overall.
