Your home away from home offers a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make you feel right at home. The condo offers a dining area with seating for four, a large family room with brand new comfy furnishings, a large TV with streaming channels and there is a small table and chairs on the outdoor deck to listen to the waves crash.
The community pool is a short walk or drive away offering plenty of loungers and umbrella covered tables and chairs.

The master bedroom features a comfortable new queen bed, TV and a writer's desk for those that work remotely. The master en-suit features a large new glass enclosed shower offering a sitting bench. The guest bedroom features two new comfy twin beds and a TV. Complete with a washer and dryer, games and books you truly have everything you could need for a memorable beach getaway!

Besides the beach there are other awesome spots only a five-minute walk away, like Salt Life Food Shack with multiple patios, bars and a great rooftop deck and across the street is the St. Johns Pier Park which offers volleyball courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, an art gallery, a gift shop with ice cream and a children's playground. Perfect condo for us

Plenty of room for 3 Adults. Close to everything we needed… in between the beaches and the historic district. I would stay here again.

St. Augustine Beach

Place was very neat and clean and well decorated, especially with St. Augustine scenes. Can walk to beach and several good restaurants. Although we didn't use the pool in February, it was obvious it needed some work to make it more appealing. Our only problem was the TV which had about 300 stations, but none included ABC, CBS, NBC or ESPN

Short weekend getaway

Really short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean, quiet, well maintained condo, with basic amenities provided. Check in time is only at 4 pm and check out time at 10 am is earlier than most rentals so be prepared for a hasty morning.

Nice stay in St.Augustine Beach

We were in town to meet up with friends and see a show at the Amphitheater. Nice location within short walking distance to beach and restaurants.
