Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the view from the bedrooms or outside front patio. Close to all the convenience you need, yet it’s also close to a lot of foothill hiking trails. Bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated.

Casa Vista Sandia is a mid century home combined with a modern touch & finishes.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, perfect for that restful sleep. Adjoining the walk in newly renovated bathroom and shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed size complete with comfortable mattress, sheets and large plush pillows. The third bedroom has a full bed size.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea pot, coffee, teas, spices, dishes, cooking pots and pans. You can cook away and entertain as the kitchen is overlooking the dining area and windows looking out the outdoor space.

The whole house is for you and your family to fully enjoy with a large backyard, perfect for your furry companions to run around. The fenced backyard has a peach and pear tree and can be enjoy during summer season. The neighbor behind has some grapes that are overflowing for your enjoyment as well.

Casa Vista Sandia is perfect blend of close to all convenience you need, yet can be quiet and peaceful at the same time, when you need it.

Fantastic home, location and host

We spent four nights staying at Casa Vista Sandia and loved every minute of it. Finding the property was easy, check in was a breeze and the home was perfect. Plenty of room, great location to restaurants, Mtn biking, golf, pickleball among other activities in the area. The home had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable for everyone. The greenhouse patio is perfect in the afternoon as a place to relax. Highly recommend this home.

Nice location, nice home base

This was the perfect location for us. Easy access to morning hikes in foot hills, easy access to out of town things yet easy access to downtown also. It is quiet and well appointed. Even in the heat (108) the house was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Nice & Quiet

The neighborhood is older, but it was very quiet and well taken care of. This updated house worked well for my husband and myself for our short stay. The master bed was comfortable. My only feedback would be that all of the blinds in all 3 bedrooms were broken in one way or another - either inoperable and/or multiple slats broken or missing. It was very surprising considering the nice condition of the rest of the house. We would stay here again.
