Welcome to Mariposa House in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley Wine Country.
Our 3-bedroom, single level townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons.
Located within 5 minutes’ walk to charming Main Street in St. Helena, guests can easily enjoy the shopping, dining and wine tasting that makes St. Helena one of the most sought-after locations for visitors to the Valley.
The Mariposa House has been completely renovated and features hardwood floors with large decorative area rugs throughout, new appliances, furnishings, window coverings and décor.
The galley style kitchen offers a large walk-in pantry and all the amenities you will need to prepare special meals.
Patio seating is available in the enclosed fenced yard, as well as private seating for 2 on a separate patio outside of the master bedroom. The entrance to the private patio is via the spacious master bedroom.
Both bathrooms offer a standard tub/shower combination. The master bath provides a comfort height styled toilet.
Abundant linens are provided.
Closets in the home are abundant and spacious.
A full-sized garage allows for parking of one car, with additional parking in the private driveway and on the street. There is a laundry area within the garage, providing both a washer, dryer and laundry sink.
King sized bed is featured in the largest bedroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and smaller bedroom/office space room provides a queen-sized sofa sleeper. Step out of the Master bedroom onto a second patio, with seating for two.
Large windows and sliders provide an abundance of light throughout the house.
On cooler nights, the warmth and glow from the remote-control operated gas fireplace in the living room, not only warms the living room, but sets a relaxing tone for our guests. The hearth and mantel add to the classic touches in the décor. The vaulted living room ceiling provides a very open feeling within the house.
The dining area offers comfortable table seating for 6 persons, with 3 additional tall bar style seats at the counter.
Smart heating and cooling keep you comfortable no matter what time of year.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, guests are invited to enjoy the community swimming pool during the Spring to late Fall months of operational hours. This community area is located just 2 minutes’ walk from your front door. A 2-minute walk in another direction takes you to Jacob Meily Park, offering 4 acres that include a Creekside paved walking trail, picnic tables and playground.

available. However, not only am I proud to be the Property Manager for Mariposa
House, I have also been a resident tenant in this special home for over a year and would like to provide my own review. The attention to detail by the owners is impressive. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the décor is fun and stylish. The aesthetics use of space throughout the house is well thought out. Linens and kitchen amenities are abundant. They have thought of everything a guest might need during their stay. Even the lighting is thoughtful. Both the heating and cooling are very efficient. The quiet neighborhood is wonderfully maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The owners are respectful, easy to contact and always eager to be of assistance. Just when I think it can't get any better, they find ways to enhance both the interior and exterior of the house. You may discover, that when it comes time to leave, you really don't want to have to go. I am proud of all the vacation rentals I manage, but I have a special fondness for Mariposa House.

We stayed here for three months and had a wonderful experience. The house is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Diane, the property manager, was a dream to work with. The location is fantastic, we walked to town and to the dog park everyday. We can't wait to come back!
