Adorable and fun

The house is clean and in a great woodlands location. Spacious and comfortable. The empower sayings were cute and we all got a kick out of it.

Spring Break Fun

Process for checking in was easy. Host was able to answer all questions in a timely manner. Everything was as stated on VRBO. Quiet and relaxing.

Don’t miss out!

This house is beautiful, provided many amenities and was very well stocked for our group. The cleanliness of this property was perfect. Having a play room was a huge bonus for the littles to enjoy. The owners were very responsive anytime I needed anything or had questions. I look forward to returning and hoping your house will be available.

It’s a nice place, could have easily been a better experience

The house is as pictured on VRBO. The essentials are there, plenty of beds, fully stocked equipment in kitchen. Has a nice French press and electric water heater. However, there were a few issues, the check in process was difficult because they use August Home, and I did not receive the invitation until I reached out to the host by phone. It took more than a day to get any of the other adults to have access to August Home. Which meant no one else could go do their own thing. Another issue is that the upstairs bedroom with the trundle bed had no power at all for the overhead lights or the outlets and the bedroom next door only had two working outlets, both on the wall by the door. We reported this to the host, they sent someone over as soon as possible, but were only able to run an extension cord from the utility room into the bedroom with no power. Also, The light to the upstairs hallway did not work. Host said there was a big storm two days prior, so obviously no one checked on the property the two days before we arrived. there are quite a few lightbulbs out on the second floor. When I mentioned this to the host, the response was, “the light bulb doesn’t exist anymore. I have to change the fan. 😢”. That doesn’t really make sense to me, if you know it is not working, fix it. Beds were comfortable, master is on the main floor. Lots of space for everyone. Overall a nice stay. With a little detail to the lighting, it would be perfect.
