This second-floor condo has tons of space and just steps from the ocean! Come on in and step into the white kitchen, featuring granite countertops and 4 barstools at the eat-in kitchen island. The open layout allows for you to see straight to the beach from the kitchen! Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your morning coffee or a full gourmet meal. Step into the living area with its comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights!

The Master bedroom features a King bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub with double vanity. The Guest Room has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The third room has bunk beds with a twin over a full. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom that has a tub and shower combination with a single vanity.

Boardwalk Beach Resort has so many things to enjoy. 2 swimming pools with lifeguards, arcade, food court, The Anchor Bar & Grill, and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal- Mart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf, and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

Terrible 7 Night Stay - Do Not Repeat My Mistake (Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center)

Future guests, please learn from my mistake. Do your research. I just returned from my 7-night stay at this VRBO listed property and had a terrible experience. I wish I had looked at the reviews of this property on the internet. There are hundreds of poor reviews; trust them. VRBO reviews are limited to 1,500 characters so I will get to the point. Our unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival; we had to clean it. There were repeated instances of roaches including in the beds. The washer and dryer are from the 90s so the dryer did not dry the clothes. There was a water leak from the ceiling that was not repaired the entire stay. There are SIGNS everywhere (elevators, hallways, pools, parking) stressing restrictions for things that are just customary to resort stays. Security Guards man the pools to stop jumping, playing, music, suspected alcohol. Almost all resort guests were retirees. Management prefers to argue and rationalize issues reported. Vacation Life Properties does not care about its guests. My wife, 4 children and I frequent PCB for annual spring break. We’ve NEVER had such an unpleasant experience; VLP should be banned from VRBO.

Everything we needed!

The condo was perfect for our group. The 2nd floor unit was ideal for my senior parents, and we had an amazing view of the pool area and the Gulf! Well stocked kitchen, overall very clean. We will definitely consider this unit in future vacation plans!

Family Summer Vacation

Condo was great. It was on the second floor overlooking the pool and the beach. Super easy parking and two passes were included with our booking. Short walk or drive to Pineapple Willy's. Beach area was not as crowded as other areas which was really nice to have a nice

Love this condo

Loved our stay here. The furniture in the condo was great!! Loved that it was on the 2nd floor so when the elevator was busy it was an easy walk up the stairs. The pools are excellent for kids and adults. We had a water drip in the bathroom but management remedied the problem. Would definitely stay again!
