ABOUT THE HOME: Tranquil Breeze is a hidden gem! Located right on 30A, this coastal cottage provides everything you need. Right when you walk in, you will notice the open concept living space, vaulted ceilings, and fresh coastal decor. The first floor features a queen bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 twin beds. On the second floor, you will find the master suite with beach views from the ensuite shower! There is also another guest room with a queen bed. Sneak away to the third floor loft to find an additional queen bed and a deck with views of the ocean!

ABOUT THE AREA: Tranquil Shores is a community located in Seacrest with only 6 homes. This community is located in one of the best locations on 30A. You have easy access to all 30A has to offer, but also are able to get the secluded feel in this unique neighborhood. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and The Big Chill.

BEACH ACCESS:
Private beach: Two minute walk and your toes are in the sand! Entrance is at the Tranquility on the Beach Condos across the street. The street number is 8600 and is visible at the gate. The gate is located directly to the left of “8600.” There is a vendor located on the beach for chairs!

Public beach: Seacrest Drive Access. Head out onto 30A and go west. The beach access is about 300m down the road!

HOUSE RULES:

• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Vacation was great.

Start to finish amazing! Best management experience we have had. Clear instructions and they were helpful with recommendations. House was spectacular and exactly what we hoped for. The bonfire night was a new experience and we liked it.

Birthday celebration and vacation.

Great place for family gathering! We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday at this beautiful house. It was the first time all 5 grandkids were together which was beyond super special. All of us (especially the kids!) enjoyed the beach and bikes. 30a beach girls was super responsive with questions and suggestions. They connected me to a bakery shop and a balloon set up. The included bonfire was great although the night ended up a bit chilly for my mom. Maybe supply blankets? Would definitely recommend the company and house!

Would definitely book again.

Beautiful spacious house a short walk to a private beach! We had eight adults and a three year old and had plenty of room! Amazing location right between the best of 30A. Host were awesome with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic Trip!

Emily and Kelly were awesome hosts! The house is well equipped with all beach needs and perfect happy hour porch sitting! Perfect location between beach and Rosemary. Everyone will enjoy their stay at Tranquil Breeze, highly recommend.
