Fabulous renovation and Location! Location! Location! The Centennial Residences are located at the base of Beaver Creek and a short walk to ski-in/ski-out and to lifts, boutique shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek Village. The Vilar Performing Arts Center is a 6 minute walk and your just minutes to the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, Nordic Center, Golf Course and the Chapel at Beaver Creek. One underground, heated parking space included with rental.

Enjoy the modern ambiance as you enter this recently renovated and modernized 2 level condo on the main level that features a half bath, living room with electric fireplace and west facing mountain views. The living and dining room, with seating for 8, are combined in one open space, while the modern kitchen is tucked in near the dining table. Feel at home while creating meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring solid surface countertops and a wine cooler. Freezer makes craft ice for your drinks! The entire condo was completely renovated in Fall 2021 with new, high end furniture, appliances, lighting, bathrooms, carpet, and beds. Central air conditioning and built-in humidifier.

Retreat to the lower level and relax in the privacy of the bedrooms with all new, premium mattresses. The spacious master is furnished with king bed, desk, pair of comfy lounge chairs, flat screen TV and ensuite bath with shower and a deep soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed as well as separate Twin XL bunk beds, flat screen TV and has access to a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, located down the hall next to the washer/dryer. The master and bedroom 2 share a balcony with a gas grill and spectacular mountain views.

This spacious, comfortable condo sleeps 6 in 4 beds (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin XL). There is also a pull-out, premium sleeper in the living room to accommodate 2 persons if preferred over the Twin XL bunk beds in bedroom 2.

Amazing Property

A tastefully renovated unit, in an amazing location. The on-site staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Great communication from the owner - overall 10 out of 10!

Perfect oasis for winter, spring or summer

This renovated unit is perfect in every way. The attention to detail in all the amenities the unit has to offer did not go unnoticed. It’s a spacious two story, two bedroom unit that is perfect for a family or two to share. The kitchen has high quality appliances and everything you may need. Bathrooms have heated floors and towel racks, AC in all rooms and everything you need for a comfortable luxurious stay

Mountain Magic

We loved our stay in this chic, multi-level condo. Every little luxury was accounted for (heated floors, a full unit humidifier, top of the line washer/dryer and kitchen appliances). The location was so convenient to get to the Village, and the building staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Our family savored the beautiful views from the light-filled windows pouring into the top floor as well as the lower level balconies. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool set-up with the double doors leading to the outside to give breeze and warmth. The owners were super responsiveness and absolutely lovely. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Fantastic location, comfortable condo

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is very well appointed with everything we needed during the stay. I am a tea drinker and appreciated the kettle in the kitchen and for the coffee drinkers in the group, the Keurig was handy. The condo was sparkling clean and beds were very comfy. It is a short walk to the Village so grabbing a bite after skiing was very convenient. We hope to stay again very soon!

Amazing property !

My family had an incredible experience staying at this property. The condo felt brand new, clean and tastefully decorated. There were great instructions left on how to use everything. The location can’t be beat. A quick walk to town and ski school. Lots of great restaurants nearby but we would have been happy to have more cozy nights in at the amazing property.
