We have partnered with the industry-leading guest screening company AutoHost! For all guest check-in and verification, We require all our guests to settle a $99 Damage waiver fee for $500 of Damage Insurance Protection Coverage.

After you have completed the verification process by AutoHost our system will send you your boarding pass on the day of your arrival to access the property.

For stays of 14 days or more, we offer optional weekly housekeeping services for a fee of $125. Our team can arrange a convenient cleaning schedule to keep your accommodations tidy and comfortable throughout your stay.

➢ Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $250. Only non-aggressive dogs are permitted. Additionally, a $300 fine will be imposed if the pet is not disclosed.
➢ Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a $300 fine and reservation cancellation.
➢ Firearms are not allowed on the property. Violators will be subject to a $300 fine and
reservation cancellation.
➢ Overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. Violators will be subject to a $100 fine.
➢ Heavy cooking with strong smells or spices that leave heavy smells is not permitted.
➢ All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces.
➢ Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Any other guests will result in reservation cancellation and associated fines.
➢ Please do not move furniture or décor around without prior permission.
➢ Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest's account.
➢ Please do not use candles or other open flames inside the property.
➢ Please make sure to wash and put away any dishes that you used during your stay.
➢ Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins outside.
➢ Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning before you leave.
➢ Please leave the key in the lockbox and make sure the lockbox is securely closed.
