Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful three bedroom villa that had the nicest sunset view in all of St. Marten. The pool on site was an added bonus. The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We would certainly stay here again!

The Best Sunsets!

What a beautiful and spacious villa nestled on a hill top with a great view in a quiet neighborhood. The villa came well equipped with all you can possibly need. Would definitely stay there again!1

Beautiful Villa. Short distance from hotels, restaurants.

All good. A rocky start not knowing where the lockbox was. But once we found out it all went well. I’d stay there again.

Stunning Seaviews from Huge Terrace

The townhouse is on a hill which gave us spectacular views of the sunset on Simpson Bay. You will need a car to enjoy Simpson Bay. We were impressed with the high ceilings, new aircon units, all the other extra-large appliances and the hospitable owner, David. The property was nicer than we expected and we that our stay was only for 3 days.

St Martin getaway pre-boat charter

We needed a nice place to stay for our group of 6 for one night before joining our catamaran charter the following day. The house was conveniently located to the airport and the marina. The decor was lovely and the house had a beautiful view of the ocean. The owner amd property manager were very nice and always available when we had any inquiry.

Poorly equipped -but great views/location

This property is supposed to accommodate up to 6 guests, yet the dining table only seats 4. Many other essentials were also in number less than 6. Positive things: View Location Sunsets Negative things: Lack of welcome note or book with info about the property and locale, such as WiFi password, trash receptacles, etc Lack of kitchen items: 1 pot, no can opener, no hot pads, only 3 coffee mugs, no sharp knives, very small kitchen trash can with no lid etc Lack of general supplies, such as soaps and detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, usable spices etc Only 2 well-worn beach towels. No hand towels. Washcloths are akin to dust rags Not very clean, sand everywhere on floors and showers, bathroom cleanliness very questionable, dust/sand on all surfaces. We actually cleaned the place before unpacking. Drawers/closets cluttered with items of no use to vacationers, I.e., drill, paint, twine Shutter in MBR was inoperative upon our arrival, never repaired during our 6 day stay here despite contact with owner who said repair would be done ASAP Frustrating communication with owner and VRBO to rectify any of the above issues. Bottom line, the property is nice, but if you like to cook, you will be hard pressed to do so in this sparsely equipped kitchen. Property is also a bit dated and in need of a refresh.

Very quiet location close to everything

I really enjoy my stay at the house. The view is breathtaking and the area very peaceful. What I really like about the area is the proximity of Simpson bay, the beaches and good restaurants. I rented a car because I didn’t know the area well but I could have walked. The house is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a lot of fresh towels. I’ll come back again!
