We hope your stay with us on majestic Topsail Island will be as magnificent and satisfying as you had ever hoped. This beautiful oceanfront home features a lot of privacy and a great location.

This five-bedroom home has hardwood floors and quality furnishings throughout. The first level includes a large bedroom with ocean views, two beds, and a mahogany crib. There is another large bedroom with a bed, TV, two large closets, and a large window with a view of the ocean.

Progress to the second floor and discover a living area and a game room. There is a full kitchen and a full bathroom on this floor. The deck is huge and you'll find ocean views from every window. Watch the dolphins jump and your children pick up shells from the deck or living area. The dining area has great ocean views.

Proceed to the third floor for the last three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on this floor and features ocean views and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a jacuzzi tub.

With over 3,400 square feet of home for you to spread out in and the beach just beyond it, this is a home where your family can create memories that will last a lifetime.

Beautiful Home just need to make sure you stay on top of the little things!

Great location! Spectacular view! Great game room! Plenty of room! It was good for the most part. We got a call the day we were arriving that the washer was leaking and couldn’t get fixed before we got there. I had said that was fine we were only going to be there for the weekend but they neglected to tell us that it caused the bottom floor to have a very musty smell. Only 2 bedrooms had remotes for the TVs. The Keurig didn’t work. When we arrived upstairs bathroom shower curtain was down and we had to fix it and shower curtain wouldn’t stay in the tub when someone was taking a shower. Some of the bedding especially in master bedroom needs to be changed. It’s been colored on with a sharpie or something. WiFi didn’t work. But overall great location. Fantastic deck with furniture. You can tell that upgrades are being made I would stay there again. These were all minor inconveniences.

Needs Attention!

Beautiful location, great views BUT so much was disappointing inside. We booked this house for a family Thanksgiving trip. Check-in was smooth, but upon arrival and viewing the home in person for the first time, it was left in unsatisfactory conditions. Cosmetic paint stuff everywhere, not the end of the world, just unpleasant to the eye. I was more concerned about the amount of dust on air returns vents throughout and ceiling fan blades. We awoke the first morning with sore throats and though of the dust first. The front door lock mechanism was in rough shape, which didn't feel good security wise. The lock latches correctly but it looks easy to gain unwelcome entry, in my opinion. Many electrical outlets didn't work, along with light switches, dimmers. The washing machine is on the ground floor, used once and it shook the entire house when operated, it moved across the floor 6 inches or so, too. The downstairs mini refrigerator is not operational. I plugged in a house hair dryer and it made a weird sound and blew out a puff of smoke then died. 2 of the 3 breakfast nook table chairs had broken legs. One of the game room chairs rolling wheels came off when in use. The TV in the double twin room doesn't work. There's a water leak coming from top floor leaking into family room with active mold on it. Lots of water damage evidence in master bathroom, leak culprit? Overall, this place needs A LOT of work ASAP.

Family Friendly home

Plenty of room in this home and a spot for everyone. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchenware and the the beach was literally 15 steps away. We loved it!!
