Just outside your door, enjoy the BBQ and picnic area with spectacular mountain views as well as attractions and activities like the terrain park, six-lane tubing hill, lift-accessed mountain bike trails, concerts, restaurants, and a general store, directly across the street at Giant Steps. During warmer months, fish for trout, paddleboard, or kayak on Bristlecone Pond which is just a short walk away. Explore the Dry Lakes, the prehistoric Twisted Forest, and the Mountain Overlook, or just tour the beautiful Brian Head landscape on an ATV. In addition to skiing and snowboarding in winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, or snowmobile on breathtaking scenic trails. ATV/Snowmobile rentals and tours for all seasons are available approximately one mile from your rental. And explore a number of other must-see attractions including Cedar Breaks National Monument (three miles), Bryce Canyon (59 miles), and Zion National Park (73 miles).

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer. A shared, coin-operated laundry facility is located on-site.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
