The Grupenhaus - Entire two level duplex

The Grupenhaus has been fully renovated and equipped with all the comforts and has two homes in one! The appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. are all new. The beds are so comfy, with three pillows choices from Tempur-pedic cooling, Tempur-pedic cloud, and down alternative. Great for two families or teams. We are located in a historic district, Dayton Lane, and 1 mile from Spooky Nook, close to Miami University. Walking distance to eateries and groceries.
The space
Both levels are fully equipped with a kitchen and bath. Unit 1 has a warm and inviting feel while Unit 2 has a sports theme with Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincy soccer rooms. You can also rent either Unit by themselves.

Great Stay!!

Our stay was great! My 90 year old father truly enjoyed his space, as a first time VRBO guy! We loved being in one space, clean, with plenty of room and the price was right! Thanks to our host for the hospitality and beautiful place to stay!
