Your ocean front - beach front vacation home is on the 12-floor of Breakwater Point (BWP). Breathtaking sunsets from the spacious terrace and privacy from your home just for you. The terrace has glass railings for an unobstructed view plus 2 ceiling fans for your comfort. From the outdoor living room and dining area you can watch and enjoy listening to the waves while reading a book, enjoying a happy hour drink, or having dinner while watching the sunset. This is the life – THIS IS PURA VIDA.

The condo is very spacious and is about 140 m2 / 1500 sf2. The master bedroom has an en-suite, and you can lay in the king size bed and watch the ocean waves or just open the sliding door to the expansive terrace. The 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds has a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding area and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with rain head and a handheld wand. There is also body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers provided in each bathroom. To help you feel at home the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cooking/baking pans etc. Along with a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer to do laundry. Striped beach/pool towels are provided for your use. Bar stools at the breakfast counter to eat indoors or just sit and socialize with the cook. The living room area has a TV for your entertainment along with Wi-Fi included. From the kitchen/Living room areas you have a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and have access to the expansive terrace through the sliders in the living room. For your comfort there are 4 ceiling fans and 4 A/C units (Each bedroom, kitchen and living room has 1 of each) but most people, because of the privacy we have, open the sliders to the ocean and the front door and let the fresh air/breeze blow through the condo unit. We do and boy is it a great feeling to have that fresh air and breeze.

Breakwater Point is an exclusive and gated community with private parking for 1 car and 24-hour security on site for your peace of mind. The condo building is on the north end of the beach where the river, mountains and beach all meet. You have a shared pool and have direct access to Jacó Beach thru the condo gate by the pool. You will feel like you have just stepped onto your own private beach since it is not in the busy hustle and bustle of downtown. If you want to go downtown and visit a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, then it is a short 10–15-minute walk or you can catch a cab for around $3 dollars. Next door is Croc’s Resort & Casino where you can enjoy one of several restaurants, bars, night club, spa, coffee shop or the casino. After you can return to the privacy of your condo retreat.

On the other side of the river if you walk along the gravel road, you might get lucky if you look carefully and see sloths and monkeys in the trees. From December - March you have a good chance to see whales from the terrace. Is that not spectacular?
