No parties & no unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the condo. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and report to VRBO.

Nice condo

Great stay, nice condo for the kids. Everything works well. The only thing I recommend is more kitchen supplies.

Nice condo, close to Disney

The condo was very nice and met all the needs of my family of four. There is a pool and lazy river on-site but we were so tired from the theme parks, we never used them. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away which was very convenient. Disney without traffic was 25 minutes, with traffic closer to 40 minutes. TIP: Bring your username and passwords with you. There is no cable, just streaming. The owner was logged into Netflix and has a guest account. But everything was in a foreign language and was a bit confusing to navigate, so we logged into our accounts.
