When you are not enjoying the local sites, you can rejuvenate at Fishlake Cabin. This beautiful, newly renovated cabin is nestled in the heart of Northern Arizona’s Ponderosa Pine Forest in beautiful Munds Park.
This single-level home is located on a quiet street in a pristine neighborhood. The home is organized to allow and maximize opportunities for ultimate relaxation and access to the outdoors. The covered porch boasts a lovely view of the neighborhood. The garage doubles as a space for entertaining with a ping pong table (smaller than standard), dart board, and seating area. A propane grill rests just outside on the spacious concrete pad. A fenced in area around the back side of the home is the perfect, safe space for younger guests to play and explore.
Although this is certainly a haven for adult vacations, it is also a very family-friendly home where children are welcome.
The inside of the cabin is as lovely as the outside. The entire home has been beautifully decorated and furnished, giving the space a warm, welcoming air. Enter the home to face the stunning, high ceilinged living room and kitchen. A space to your right holds a lovely wood dining table with seating for 8 resting under a rustic yet modern chandelier and a door to access the deck.
Deep blue cabinetry, new appliances, and a beautiful butcher’s block island with two barstools offer the perfect place to make the perfect meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine that allows use of grounds and coffee pods, and a dishwasher. A skylight sits in the ceiling to offer even more natural light to this already beautiful, open space.
A luxurious velvet-like L shaped couch and another comfortable, queen sized, sleeper sofa surround a gorgeous gas fireplace inlayed in stone, topped with a flat screen smart TV and surrounded by classic A-frame windows. Its proximity to the dining area and kitchen in this open space truly make it the ideal place for entertaining.
The primary bedroom is past the living room. A king bed rests between two dresser end-tables. A third dresser is against the wall and a beautiful, media center which includes an electric fireplace sits under the flat screen smart TV. Private access to the backyard can be found to the right of the media center. The attached primary bathroom boasts the same deep blue cabinetry as the kitchen, two vanities and modern light fixtures. A free-standing jetted bathtub, separate enclosed shower, and walk in closet finish off this lovely suite.
The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms can be found past the kitchen. Next to the entrance to the garage is a half bath, followed by the first of two guest bedrooms. The first guest room holds a king sized bed, two end tables, a flat screen smart tv, and a dedicated workspace. The second has two queen beds, a single end table, cabinets, flat screen smart TV, and private access to the backyard. Both guest rooms are connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination and a single vanity.
The spacious laundry room can be found across from the first guest bedroom. A game cabinet sits in the attached hallway and includes Battleship, Monopoly, Ticket to Ride, Connect 4, and more!
With two queen beds, two king beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, the home sleeps a maximum of 10.
This home is centrally located and convenient to most major attractions. You will be just 25 minutes from Historic Downtown Flagstaff where you will find terrific restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The entrance to Snowbowl, Flagstaff's premier ski resort, is a 55-minute drive from the home. The Grand Canyon is just over an hour away. You can also reach glorious Sedona in about 50 minutes.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Although oftentimes there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
Four-wheel drive and chains may be necessary to access this home in snowy conditions.
There is a camera on the outside of the property above the garage door by the motion censor light. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
Two dogs are permitted; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $75.00 pet fee per pet.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
No parties or events are permitted.
No smoking is permitted on the property.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
