Summary:
Welcome to our little Pink Oasis apartment which is located right on McKay Bay. This bright and airy home is filled with clean pops of pink and funky decor. Look right outside your window to find a gorgeous view of the bay, giving you all the vacation feels.

The home is in the booming, up and coming, industrial section of Palmetto Beach, Tampa which sits right on the bay. It is just 5 minutes from Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and Channelside. You will be a quick drive to anything in the city!

The Space:
Our goal when designing this space was to create a truly peaceful escape with fun pops of bright colors. Upon arrival, you should find yourself instantly relax as you enter this thoughtfully curated space. Our home is located right on the Bay so bring your fishing poles! Not the adventurous type? Read a book on the porch with the subtle scent of saltwater in the air for a more relaxing day.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to plenty of street parking, the water/bay across the street if you’d like to sit out by the water or go fishing, and the entire apartment. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a full kitchen and pull out couch.

The Neighborhood:
Palmetto beach is a hidden gem of Tampa. This small up-and-coming neighborhood boasts beautiful waterfront views of the bay and amazing sunsets. It’s a former industrial area of Tampa that recently has been exploding with development due to its proximity to Downtown. Enjoy picnics at the pier, strolls through Desoto park, or cool off at the pool which is accessed by walking north along the water.

Situated just a few minutes from the historic streets of Ybor City, Downtown Tampa, SOHO, and the Seminole Heights foodie district. Palmetto Beach is also just a short drive away from the airport and Tampa Bay's world famous beaches.

Getting Around:
Recommend a car in tampa, however Lyft, Uber and many electric city scooters are readily available

Other Things to Note:
The home sits just minutes to everything in and around Tampa. You’ll be less than 5 minutes to Ybor City, Downtown Tampa and Channelside. Closest affordable place to everything while being waterfront!

Interaction with Guests:
We will be as hands on or hands off as desired. Home is self check in with a combo code. We are available 24/7 via the Airbnb messages.
