Family Vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable! Linens and supplies were great. We had everything we needed. Back yard and patio were exceptionally nice and the patio furniture was clean and very comfortable also. The home was everything the listing indicated it would be. Arman is a wonderful host. He is easy to contact, quick to respond, and very friendly. This added to the over all enjoyment of our stay!

Fine accommodations but....

The property was clean, adequate, and well-staged, so looked photogenic, but not homey. The neighborhood was acceptable for our stay; the most positive being the craft brewery, restaurant, and sports bar a few doors down, which was great. The property was well located near shopping areas. Our only complaint is that the property was double-booked during the last two nights of our stay and we were not informed until the day we were arriving; this caused us great distress as we had to find another property for the remainder of our trip. The owner did provide a credit back for the missing nights but....I have used VRBO for over ten years and this is the FIRST time this has occurred. We will not be using this owner in the future.
