Welcome to The Sweet Suite Alice...This updated 2/2 mountain condo sleeps 4 in a fantastic location with a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood!) also a resort pool, a hot tub, sauna and more. We are less than a mile to Overlook Barn. Located at the top of Beech Mountain 5506 feet up you are in the perfect spot to enjoy great restaurants, relax on your balcony and take in the many views or enjoy an action packed time on the slopes, mountain biking, skiing/boarding, hiking & more!

Although we appreciate having access to the amenities at the Pinnacle Inn, we have no authority over their management. Closure and maintenance decisions are beyond our control. It's important to note that the Pinnacle Inn reserves the right to close the pool at any given time. We regret any inconvenience caused but we do not offer discounts in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.

*Please bring your own firewood and fire starter if you plan to use the fireplace. Wood is available at Fred’s General Mercantile, Lowe’s, Food Lion, and roadside vendors.*

When we arrived, we followed the detailed email to our unit or so we thought but were unable to get to it because the interior doors had sign on it that no access to units and it was nailed shut. We explored and tried another way and that access had no stairs whatsoever. While exploring we talked to other patrons who tried to assist and saw our problem as well. As we were attempting to gain access, we also tried to find local maintenance or administrative personnel in the office, but that door was locked. We then called the number on our reservations and had to leave voicemails on very extension available before finally reaching a woman who insisted we were not going the right way and that it was a long way in but available, even after we sent pictures to her. Finally got a refund two days later but only after making another phone call and voice mail as the refund had not been processed. There was no accountability to this patron's concern and both my husband and I felt like we were not taken seriously when we voiced our concern. If this property has construction, there should be a local rep on site assisting with admittance and have someone who actually believes in in the phrase' "excellent customer service," which was sorely missing on this experience. We will never return or recommend this place to family and friends.
