Welcome to our home!
As you drive to our home, you will enjoy breathtaking mountain views. Then pull into the driveway that can accommodate about 4-5 cars.
As you step out, you will immediately notice the beautiful outdoor setting with a fire pit surrounded by wooden Adirondack chairs. Additional seating and a swing are set up on the large front patio for those quiet moments in the early mornings or afternoons.
You will enter the living room using the smart lock. A unique code is provided to you 48 hours prior to your arrival. This room is modern with a large smart TV and a remote-controlled fireplace for those chilly autumn or winter nights. The living room leads to the kitchen, dining area, and a hallway connected to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (cookware, dinnerware, drinkware) to prepare family meals. It is adjacent to the dining area.
The sleeping corners of the house consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 common areas that offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including king, queen, singles, and sleeper sofa beds and linens. The master bedroom is connected to an ensuite bathroom. This room has a king-size bed, a large smart TV, and a beautiful & modern remote-controlled fireplace. There are plenty of clean bedding and linens available for your party.
This lodge has a cabin-inspired sunroom that can be transformed into a bedroom at night and a gathering place during the day. Here, you will find a single trundle bed, and a sleeper sofa. This room also has an electric fireplace and a 55-inch TV. It is connected to an outdoor deck with a gorgeous mountain view.
An outdoor propane grill is also set up on this deck.
Before you retire for the night, challenge your party to a game night at the poker table set up in the garage transformed into an entertainment room. In addition to the variety of available games, a 100" movie projector and futon bed/seats offer a unique experience among rentals in the area. You can stream live TV or your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, and other popular channels that can be added through Fire Stick.
When you stay at this lodge in Wears Valley, your family will be close to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Cades Cove, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Wears Valley is the most central location to all of the communities, parks, hikes, attractions, dining, and adventure in the area. This valley offers dining, shopping, and, best of all, peace and natural beauty. We welcome small and large groups for vacations, retreats, reunions, weddings, and work-from-home.

These additional rules should be communicated to everyone in the party upon check in:
1- Jumping on bunk beds or any bed is strictly PROHIBITED.
2- Guests are allowed to control audiovisual equipment using the remotes in the related room only. No one is allowed to physically move TVs, movie projectors, projector screen or remotes from their respective rooms.
Guests are responsible for any injury or damage related to the violation of these rules.
