The home features an open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, tile and wood floors, high ceilings, a large laundry room, a built in heated swimming pool, and an elevator. The Tradewinds neighborhood is on the west end of Sanibel and close to the Sanibel shared use path for biking, restaurants, Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Sanibel Recreation Center. The homeowners association private beach path is just steps away and offers great beach access with spectacular sunsets all year long. Enjoy an early morning walk along this stretch of beach and find the most amazing shells to bring home with you, or cast your rod into the blue-green Gulf of Mexico and catch a fish of a lifetime! This home has it all as you create lifetime memories on Sanibel Island.
