This one bedroom, one bathroom duplex is freshly remodeled from top to bottom, with brand new appliances, cool murals painted by a local artist, ultra-plush Cal King bed, big screen tv in the living room and a comfy pull out sofa bed that can sleep an extra one to two people in the living room. The bedroom features a slider door to the side yard with a sitting area and gas firepit. The kitchen features a bar with seating for three, plus a dining room table with seating for four. A gas range, Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher round out the convenience in the kitchen. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer for guest use as well.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, side yard and front yard. It is a shared wall duplex and the owners relatives live in the other unit. There is one on site parking space for this unit, across the driveway from the home, but street parking is also available and may be more convenient for entering and exiting. Please don't block the driveway.

This downtown neighborhood is friendly and lively but not noisy or unsafe. This home is right across the street from an elementary school, a block from a park, one to two blocks from the downtown core of Atascadero, and three blocks from the Sunken Gardens. There are wine tasting bars, restaurants, boutique shopping and coffee shops just a short walk away from this home.

Having a car is best but there is a RTA bus stop less than a 1/4 mile away on El Camino Real. There is one parking space designated for this home across the shared driveway or there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home.
