Beautiful home full of insects

Home had a broken glass door and open to the elements , shower drains we backing up and the master sink was leaking on the floor, definitely not what we expected . Being woken up to frogs inside the home and the vibration from the construction next doowas the kicker .

Nice house with good location

All was great and comfortable as we had four beds and baths so each guest had privacy. Two issues - master shower wouldn't drain and front door wasn't locking properly. I would stay there again.

Modern and Clean House in CR

We rented this house for our family vacation in February. The high ceilings, glass walls, the number of bathrooms and the overall design gave our family of 4 a relaxing vacation. Our two children enjoyed swimming at the pool everyday. The owner was communicative and polite. From the house, it was about 15 mins walk to the beach and 18 mins walk to a supermarket and some restaurants.

This home has septic issues

Booked home for a week. Check in was messy. Code didn’t work. Messaged host 1 1/2 hour later was told about key location. Noticed a Odor in the guest bath. Also noticed sent wicks in ever bathroom with an overwhelming sent. We relocated wicks as the sent was so strong. Went out fishing. On return we smelled sewage. Though maybe some of the traps were dry so ran water to all drains which seemed to help. Next day oder was much worse. Messaged host who said maintenance would be working on the septic tank. Never saw anyone working on anything. Now the whole hose stink. Most of our group stay with friends on their boat. Messaged host the next day and have yet to receive response. Ghosted. Home smells like sewage.

Our hobbies include music, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending afternoons playing board games. Personally, I'm a golfer and love to play instruments, such as guitar and piano, however, lately I've been inclined to experiment with the ukulele to play songs for my beloved daughter.
