Our home is brand new and just on the market for the first time. This beautiful 2 bedroom and den home has spectacular views of the mountains, relaxing backyard with private pool and covered patio. Fantastic Desert Experience

This is a beautiful home in a private gated community for individuals over 55 years of age. It is very tastefully furnished, super clean, modern and filled with every item one would need to enjoy a care-free vacation. It is located within the Del Webb community in Rancho Mirage,CA which offers a beautiful clubhouse, pools, walking paths, tennis courts, pickle ball, a fully equipped gym, and miles of walking paths. The residents are friendly and very welcoming. This particular home in this community will guarantee a wonderful vacation.
