With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The bedding includes 3 king beds, 3 twin beds, and a bunk bed (twin over full).

On the first floor, guests can relax in the living room with a 55" smart TV with cable, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and enjoy meals in the dining room that seats 6. There is also a game room with a foosball table for entertainment. Outside, the patio area features a private pool, a barbecue grill, and 2 reclining chairs. The pool has depths of 3-5 ft and faces south, providing plenty of sunshine. Additional amenities on the first floor include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a suite with a king size bed and a 40" flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink. Another bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and a 40" flat-screen TV, with a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower and dual sink.

On the second floor, guests can unwind in the family room with a 55" flat-screen TV, Xbox, and 2 reclining chairs. The master suite offers a king size bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and dual sink. Another bedroom on this floor has a twin over full bunk bed, a twin size bed, and a 32" flat-screen TV, with a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower and single sink. The fifth bedroom features two twin size beds, and the adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower and single sink.

* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.
