So the house is nice, but there is awful stains on kitchen island, that really looks nasty. Then the alarm for the pool does not work, that is a major liablitly for owner. No bath soap in bathrooms for bathing. Its a shame we stay in encore alot and tried a few homes, and sadly I am not sure I would stay there again. THe home really needs some paint touch up and just overall maintenance. thanks

Dirty and bugs

House looked great upon arrival. Backyard and pool were nice. After the first impression you quickly realize the place was filthy. Floors had the little worms all over the place, tons of fruit flies all over the kitchen, couch had what i assume was a urine stain, since property allows pets. The ceiling fans look like they've never been cleaned, sliding glass door handle was hanging off, master bedroom bathroom doorknob pulls off every time you pull it, very little utensils, no pans, no welcome packet explaining how to operate TVs, ac, pool hot tub, etc. BBQ grill had no tools to use for grilling. There were four cockroaches we had to kill. The place as so sorry it was hard to get comfortable there. The only good thing was the outside area with the pool but even the grass is just weeds and dead grass.
