The farm has 2,365m of private beach and more than 7 million m² of total area, and is located on the coast between Barra de Caravelas and Alcobaça, 7 km from the center, 14 km from markets, bakeries, and fishmongers. The beach is private with sea without waves.

The house has 06 suites, 05 for couples with king size bed, air conditioning, and 03 of them have bathtubs. The 6th suite is distributed with 01 treliche and 02 single beds.
Next to the house there is a "tower" with 02 more suites.
In total there are 08 suites, 07 for couples (all of them with a view to the sea) and 01 suite for 05 people, all of them with air conditioning and private verandas with hammocks and tables.

The external area has a fish-shaped pool with an extension of 20m, wet sauna and barbecue.

Experiences:
- There are horses on the farm that can be rented and previously scheduled trails in the woods for walking and bird watching large species of trees and animals of the type sloth bug, monkeys, foxes, bush dog and rare birds can be scheduled in advance depending on confirmation of the professional;
- Boat trips;
- Scuba diving or snorkeling;
- Scuba diving courses can be scheduled at the farm's swimming pool, and the student leaves with an international certificate.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 05 employees, working from 7 am to 7 pm (cook, helper, housekeeper, cleaning lady and caretaker)
The consumption of electricity will be charged on seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged, and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8:00 am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an additional daily fee and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 19 (nineteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
