All new flooring throughout, sleeps 6. (1) primary has king bed, (2) second bedroom has a queen and (3) a queen murphy bed in the alcove near the second bedroom. Each of the 3 beds has a brand new Nectar mattress. Well-appointed kitchen includes brand new stainless appliances, chef's knives, Calphalon pots/pans, griddle, some spices. Brand new outdoor grill, table & chairs.
