About Marlene Pettit
I am now retired from teaching Music and Business in High School with the Toronto District School Board. I look forward to meeting my guests coming in from around the world.
Marlene Pettit purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Marlene Pettit chose North York
I enjoy suburban living in Toronto, rather than urban living. It is quieter and less hectic than living downtown Toronto. I would rather enjoy the serenity of this area, and take public transit downtown when venturing downtown. It is a pleasant and easy ride.

Just what we needed
The rental was perfect for our needs during a 10 day stay. The rental was immaculate and it was evident that the owner takes pride in the rental itself, as well as the flower gardens on the property. It was nice to leave in the morning, seeing beautiful flowers, and return after a long day to such a peaceful environment.
The owner/hostess was thorough about how things operate, during check in instructions. Friendly and very helpful. We accidentally left a dome light on in our car and came out one morning to a dead battery; the hostess provided a jump and borrowed us her jumper cables for the day.
The rental is quiet, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We walked back and forth to the subway and also walked to local parks for some exercise.
We’d definitely stay here again. Maybe next year?! Thanks Marlene!
Very clean fully functional apparent. A very short walk and you have access to the public transportation system. If you don't mind a 15 min walk you have grocery stores banks .Very peaceful during both day and night . Marlene respects your privacy. Very nice helpful. Will always try to rebook when we are in Toronto. Thanks Marlene .
Perfect venue for my purposes & visit
Very spacious & clean; hosts were extremely nice & helpful.
This was like being home from home. We had everything we needed in a comfortable, large, quiet and well equipped semi basement. Lots of space and great location for getting into or out of town. I would recommend renting a car although the subway is close by. The owners were charming and very helpful. We would certainly recommend this.
my house in toronto
this is the best house where my family and I could have stayed in Toronto.
Marlene and Joan are the kindest and helpful people ever met during all my trips outside Italy...their wonderful garden, with fresh vegetables, the warmness of the apartment....all was simply perfect.
We will definetely recommend it to anybody who wishes to stay in a nice area, quiet, in a friendly environment, with all amenities like home!
Thanks a lot, hoping to see you soon.

Wonderful suite, Fantastic hosts!
My family and I spent 3 wonderful weeks at the Suite Blossoms. We were in the midst of relocating back to Toronto and needed a quiet, clean and comfortable temporary home and that is exactly what we found with Marlene and Joan's lovely apartment. It is beautifully appointed with all the amenities we required. We even had the opportunity to enjoy delicious organic produce straight from our hosts' garden - what a treat! Our lovely hosts went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were so kind and helpful, indeed we were very sad to leave after three weeks in their home. I highly recommend the Suite Blossoms and look forward to meeting our hosts again in the future.
