Good location but property is a bit run down
This has a convenient location with underground parking. The underground parking was tight but you have an assigned spot which is nice. We assumed since this was part of the Grande Rockies Resort and the online pictures looked favorable it would be a great place to stay. The the unit is showing its age. Items inside are just worn, although a big plus was that the unit did feel clean. The bed creaked and we could not get the TV in the main area to turn on. The resort property itself is worn as well. The hallway was under repair. The waterpark was taped off--fortunately we were not relying on that. By the end of our stay the elevator was not working, but we were able to work around the issues. The host was responsive and would have helped with the TV had we called.

Lovely and comfortable condo
The Pristine Peak team were great to deal with. I received emails with all of the information I needed, and Lizzie was helpful when I called to ask for help figuring out how the door lock worked. The condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. And there was coffee with a grinder, plus some lovely teas. This is a family friendly resort and so I could hear children running in the halls and what sounded like in the unit upstairs. But everything was pretty quiet after about 10 pm. I didn't use the pool or hot tub on this stay but that looked nice too. I would stay here again . Thanks!

All around great place and great area, property manager is super nice telling us about the events that are happening in Canmore! We wanted to extend to spend are Christmas in this place but unfortunately it’s already all booked, all in all 10/10

Peaceful condo
We were here for a couples getaway, it was perfect. Walking distance to the shopping street, restaurants, coffee shops, whatever you like, and a great hot tub just a short walk away in the same building. Very peaceful place to stay!
