Beautiful home

Perfect inside and out. Well stocked. Our grandsons loved the Smart TVs in all the rooms. Many many hours of basketball was played. Cooked all meals.

Disappointing amenities

Our stay at this VRBO was very disappointing. We booked for 4 night for 10 family members and contacted the property manager to let them know 2 more would be joining. She said it was not a problem. There were 7 towels total in the house. There were no linens or bedding for the three couches which we assumed were the additional sleeping arrangements to make the “sleeps 12” advertisement. Lamps did not work in the loft. Many of the lights switches did not work. The advertised fire table had no propane. We ended up buying bedding, towels, and an air bed just to sleep all 12 family members. We had to buy boxes of disposable hand towels for each of the three bathrooms. It’s a beautiful and spacious house that could have gotten a good review if they provided adequate amenities for the number of people that are booked to stay and if some maintenance was done to it. Also a message of “Sorry for inconvenience.” was not at all in keeping with good customer service.

Beautiful Home

The house is very clean, modern and the back yard is awesome. Very peaceful neighborhood. Close to many grocery stores. Communication with the host was great. The only downfall was the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking. It lacks a lot of items you need day to day to prepare a meal for a family. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. Great house.
