Inaccurate location
Well let's start with the negatives:
The location was severely inaccurate. The listing says Burbank but it is a good 20 minutes away in another area altogether.
We were given an initial address then several days later we were sent a second email with a different address. I understand keeping the location undisclosed but you need to be more accurate in location early in the process. I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to Burbank.
Second:
The Master Bedroom TV didn't work.
Third:
There is ONE outlet in the kitchen. You literally have to move the microwave and coffeepot to where the outlet is to use them.
Fourth:
The blinds/shade on the living room window were broken/falling apart
Fifth:
The living room rug shed fuzz and looked dirty.
Sixth:
The lights in and around the pool didn't work aside from one security light
Seventh:
The neighborhood is run down. The neighbors had junk in their yards (that was the view from one of the rooms), feral cats, noisy yap dogs, and roosters which thankfully you couldn't hear inside the house.
Eighth:
There were no extra garbage bags, towels, and no dishwasher detergent.
Ninth:
The fridge water dispenser was not hooked up so it was tap or bottled water.
On a positive note--the house was quiet inside, the pool heater worked properly, the internet worked, and there was a garage to keep the car safe. The kids enjoyed the hockey table and the pool for what it's worth.
